Das war intensiv

Es gibt sehr intensive Trainingseinheiten für Spieler und es gibt sehr intensive Einheiten als Trainer. Das Spiel gegen Ägypten, vor allem die zweite Halbzeit, war so eine für mich. Ich bin sehr stolz auf diese Mannschaft und freue mich, dass wir am Ende doch den Sieg und das Spiel um Platz 5 gesichert haben. 

Vielen Dank an unseren Fotografen Sascha Klahn, wenn man seine Bilder sieht, kann man sehr gut nachfühlen, wie intensiv so ein Handball-Krimi sein kann. Und genau das ist es ja, was unseren Sport so unglaublich attraktiv macht. 

There are very intensive training sessions for players and there are very intensive sessions as a coach. The game against Egypt, especially the second half, was one of those for me. I am very proud of this team and happy that we secured the victory and the match for 5th place in the end.
